I believe that in many cases a person's occupation is his mission to the world.

The first signs of what my professional future might be, were revealed to me in my youth, when I would 'feel' and diagnose people, even before they started to open their mouths.

I picked up cues and messages from people through their body language, expression, tone of voice and facial expressions. Later, when I discovered their handwriting, it completed the picture for me.

I did not rely only on my intuitions, which were mostly accurate and striking, and I decided to acquire appropriate academic and professional knowledge.

Nice to meet you, I'm Eti Ben Michael Hagag, I'm a graduate of M.A. in conflict management and resolution and B.A. in behavioral sciences, both from Ben-Gurion University in Israel, an expert in communication, image and body language, and in addition has a certificate of certification as a certified graphologist on behalf of the Association for Scientific Graphology in Israel, an expert in legal graphology on behalf of a court.

I have also undergone many professional trainings in leading groups, mediation, training, NLP, styling, diagnosing facial features and more, all of which serve as complementary tools for my activity as a diagnostician.

I decided to fill the academic shell with practical content. I served as a diagnostician and lecturer at one of the leading institutes for graphology named after Aana Koren, and from there I deepened my knowledge of body language, understanding the importance of expanding knowledge in these two worlds.

I discovered how much the two fields touch and complement each other, being the mirror of the human soul.

For over 21 years I have been lecturing and also engaged in facilitating groups, and use these skills in my work. Also, at the same time, I am also engaged in diagnosis and graphological analysis for companies and organizations, businessmen and private individuals.

As part of my activities, I lead senior groups and lecture at Gishat College, Peres Academic Center, Subtext College, as well as in companies and organizations, including the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, high-tech companies, financial companies, communication companies, municipalities and councils.

Over a decade ago I started my business, which has recently been rebranded and called: Create Your mark. The business combines consulting, lectures and training in the fields of communication, body language and graphology.

I enjoy seeing how people go through a change from one end to the other: from a state of environmental alienation to a closeness of hearts, from a state of embarrassment and insecurity, to openness and self-confidence, and from a state of being stuck in a position to a promotion and salary increase, all this just thanks to a few changes in their communication skills, attention to body language or Awareness and attention to their handwriting.

The individual consultation in combination with the workshops and lectures I give, help me to deepen my knowledge, and to get clearer and more accurate insights, about this wonderful thing called: social communication, body language and human relations.
