Hebrew is a language, love is a language, but body language is the most primary, basic and visible language more than any other language, it is actually the most spoken language in the world.
What is body language?
Body language is the non-verbal part of human communication, and includes our facial expressions, postures, body movements and tone of voice. These actions are often not conscious and voluntary, but reflect and shed a lot of light on our feelings and emotions.
Studies show that body language determines over 90% of the environment's impression on us and that is a lot!!!
This impression is influenced by our appearance, body language, voice and the content of our words. Body language has universal components and is shared by large groups of people, but it also depends on culture, gender and situation. When we are aware of it and know how to interpret it, it will provide us with interesting and important information about ourselves and our environment.
It is possible to change or make adjustments in body language, but it requires attention, the understanding of the various signs and the direction of the subject, so that through it we can upgrade our communication and interpersonal relationships. This is where I come into the picture.
